Minimum order is $25 plus tax (TX and CO residents only), freight and
handling. Save on freight and handling by consolidating your order
with co-workers. All purchases are by credit card only. All company-paid
purchases must be made on a company credit card. All pricing and
fees are payable in U.S. Currency.

Instructions: |

From the drop-down
menu that says "Pick Your Category," make your selection of
the type of item you want to order. If you wish to see all items in
the Company Store, choose "All." |

After you make your
selection, click on the "Go" button beside the drop-down menu. |

A list of items and
preview photos from the category you selected will then appear. |

To view a larger photo
of an item, prices, and/or to make a selection, click on the underlined
name of the item. |

To add an item to
your shopping cart, "Select Item" number/size, enter the quantity
in the "Qty" box and click on the "Add to Order" button. |

You will notice that
the item(s) you selected appear in your shopping cart along with your
total in the "Currently On Order" box in the blue bar on the left. |

You can add more items
by selecting a new category and clicking "Go," clicking "Continue
Shopping," or you can click the "Back" button to return to the category
you were just in. Or you can check out by clicking the "Checkout"
button. |

To complete your order
at Checkout, enter all information and click "Submit Order."
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order within 24
hours. |

Shipping Options:
Choose either UPS Ground or UPS Overnight. Freight and handling charges
will be calculated after your order is submitted. You will be informed
of shipping charges via email. |
